Valley IT Recovery is a dba of El Fahdi Digital Solutions LLC, based in Winton, California. This policy explains what information we collect through valleyitrecovery.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you submit the pickup request form, we collect the information you enter: your name, organization, email address, phone number, pickup city and a rough count of your equipment. If you email us, we receive whatever you include in your message.
Like most websites, our hosting and font providers automatically receive standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, prepare a quote and schedule a pickup.
- To prepare chain-of-custody, data sanitization and recycling records for services you book.
- To keep business records required by law.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers to run this site and our business: Netlify (website hosting and form processing) and Google Workspace (business email and documents). They process information on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep pickup requests that don't become jobs for up to 24 months, then delete them. Records for completed jobs are kept as long as needed for compliance and recordkeeping, generally at least 3 years.
Your choices
You can ask us to review, correct or delete the information you submitted by emailing info@valleyitrecovery.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time, except where we must keep records by law.
Do Not Track
Because we don't track visitors across websites or over time, we don't change how the site works in response to browser Do Not Track signals. We do not allow third parties to collect information about your online activities across other sites through this website.
Children
This site is for businesses and organizations. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
